Kelsey + Bradley Invite

February 23rd, 2012

It’s a rainy cozy Thursday at inclosed! Just wanted to take a moment to share this black and tiffany blue accordion invitation we created for one of our lovely brides, Kelsey. Kelsey is getting married at a Methodist church in town and having a reception at the Livestock Exchange Building. The wedding is sure to be beautiful!

Feature On 100 Layer Cake!

February 13th, 2012

A feature on 100 Layer Cake–one of our favorite blogs–is great way to start a Monday! Of course the credit goes to our friend Candace, of Lovestru.ck Social Events for asking us to supply the stationery for her Valentines Day styled shoot a few weekends ago. Candace designed an adorable table setting for two complete with flowers, desserts and a signature cocktail, “The Campari Kiss” created by her husband, Rich. (Why yes, I did taste all of these things once the shoot was over). You can read the post here.

Photos from the 100 Layer Cake post taken by The Mullers.

Thanks Candace, for including us in such a fun photoshoot! We still have a few sweetheart madlib cards in stock, stop by and pick one up for tomorrow!

Calligraphy And The Handwritten Note

February 10th, 2012

Lesley and I have been doing a lot of prop shopping lately for an upcoming (super exciting) photoshoot. Lesley came across these letters from the 1920s at an antique shop one weekend and I’m so glad she picked them up! I started reading through them (I admit, hoping they were love letters) and although it was fun to get a glimpse of someones world, they were really very ordinary letters.

It’s funny that handwritten letters are even IN an antique shop! This is a perfect example of how special receiving an invitation in the mail these days can be. It’s also why we always recommend hand-addressing your envelopes or hiring a calligrapher rather than printing labels. Lesley has been working with her calligrapher Linda Klopp for years. Linda just dropped off a few orders of envelopes perfectly addressed and I’m in awe of her work every time!

inclosed Sightings

January 30th, 2012

Bring on the busy season! We’re surrounded by boxes and orders over here and are loving every minute of it (minus Lesley’s sinus infection). We will keep you posted on some very special invitations going out the door–but for now–just wanted to share two inclosed sightings from last week.

Thursday, we brought a few pieces over to the Ready or Knot Trunk Show and Happy Hour where we hung out with the ever energetic and stylish Jocelyn, and a few other fantastic vendors. The best part was seeing faces light up as girls tried on dream dresses. Oh, and the cupcakes and champagne. (Please excuse my blurry photo!)

inclosed is featured in the latest edition of Wedding Essentials Magazine in the “Invitation Inspiration” section. The photos of our invites were taken at the Idea Show this October. Always fun to see our invitations in print!

We couldn’t resist sharing a few more of the details inclosed created for the Nebraska WeddingDay magazine launch party. Gorgeous images by Brighten Photography via the Nebraska WeddingDay blog post. Read the post and get to know the other amazing vendors.

Get inspired! Invitations, programs, napkins and labels … we love to do it all.
