Burke Harr Personalized Stationery
I am making personalized letterpress stationery cards for each member of my family this year. Burke, my brother-in-law, will be running for an upcoming election in 2010 and I wanted to make sure he had stationery to write his Thank You Notes. Nothing says thank you like letterpress!
I hope he puts them to use!

Save the Date Holiday Card
This happy couple wanted to send out Holiday Save the Date Cards incorporating their wedding invitation design and engagement picture. What a great idea! It was a challenge in the beginning to design the card, but in the end, everything worked out as plan. The cards were sent in chocolate envelopes with gold calligraphy. I can’t wait for their guests to receive the wedding invitation in a couple of weeks! Check back to see Chris and Dan’s matching wedding suite.

A Christmas Story
Yes, I know, A Christmas Story is a very popular Christmas tradition in many families, who wait until Christmas Eve at 5:00 P.M. for the 24 hour marathon to begin! But have you ever read the actual book the movie was based on? If not, I highly recommend placing it on your holiday wish list. The book is just as entertaining as the movie, I promise. And when you are done reading the classic tail of a young boy wanting a red rider bee-bee gun, you can use it as Christmas decor in your living room or place on your fire place mantle, like mine above.
I asked for a leg lamp for Christmas this year, like I have in the past five years but have yet to receive one; maybe this will be the year it will show up behind my couch on Christmas morning…
